中药蛇床子杀精作用的实验研究

摘　　要：中药蛇床子是妇产科常用药物,对滴虫症的治疗有较好的效果。我们对植物药筛选中,发现蛇床子具有明显的杀精子作用。目前国内外尚未见蛇床子杀精作用的报道。现将我们自1989年～1991年12月对蛇床子杀精子活性的实验研究结果报告如下。In order to observe the spermicidal effect of cnidium monnieri at different times, semen samples were obtained from 18 healthy men. After natural liquefaction of semen samples, abstract solutions of cnidium monnieri with same quantity and various concentration were put into the samples. It is found that cnidium monnieri has a definite spermicidal effect on spermatozoa in vitro. There is a close relationship between the spermicidal effect, the concentration and dosage of cnidium monnieri. Cnidium monnieri may be a new kind of spermicidal contraceptive per vagina.
