摘　　要：本文采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶核酸电泳法,检测了1989年～1990年哈尔滨4所医院婴儿室健康新生儿粪便标本218份,结果发现5例标本呈轮状病毒核酸阳性,检出率为2.3%,提示本地区调查期间医院婴儿室新生儿轮状病毒感染轻微。218 fecal samples obtained from healthy neonates (≤5 days) admitted to four hospitals in Harbin from 1989 to 1990 were studied by PAGE, the infection incidence in those neonates was 2.3%, it was much lower than many reports from abroad or domestic investigations and suggested asymptomatic HRV infections of neonates in the hospital nurseries in Harbin area be not severe.
