摘 要:目的 研究伊曲康唑和特比萘芬在酵母菌体外联合药敏试验中的相互作用 ,为临床用药提供参考依据。方法 参照美国国家临床试验标准化委员会 (NCCLS)提出的标准 (M 2 7 A方案 ) ,采用棋盘微量稀释法对 2 8株酵母菌 (隐球菌和念珠菌 )进行了伊曲康唑和特比萘芬的体外联合药敏试验。结果 发现联合用药时各药物的MIC几何均值比单用有显著降低 ,具有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;伊曲康唑和特比萘芬的协同相加作用较为明显 ,而且未发现有拮抗作用 ,部分抑菌浓度指数 (FICI)的平均值为 0 .72 7。结论 伊曲康唑和特比萘芬对致病酵母主要表现为协同相加作用。Objective To study the interaction between itraconazole and terbinafine to yeasts in vitro.Methods The checkerboard microdilution method was applied to study interaction according to M27-A method of NCCLS in vitro. 28 strains of yeasts were used for combination study.Results Compared with the single agents,there were significant reductions in the geometric mean of the MIC of the combinations(P<0.05).Synergitic and additive interactions were observed obviously without antagonism.The average value of FICIs was 0.727.Conclusion Antifungal synergy was existed between itraconazole and terbinafine against pathogenic yeasts.
