献血员血清输血传播病毒抗体及DNA检测结果及意义

摘　　要：目的 :检测献血员中输血传播病毒 (TTV)感染率 ,并对检测方法进行评估。方法 :应用ELISA法和PCR法分别检测 90例献血员血清中TTV Ab和TTV DNA。结果 :ELISA法检测TTV Ab的阳性率为 12 .2 % ,PCR法检测TTV DNA的阳性率为 3 3 .4%。结论 :献血员中TTV的感染率较高 ,将PCR法和ELISA法结合能更好地筛查人群中TTV的感染。Objective:To investigate the infection rate of TT virus in the blood donors and evaluate the two methods.Methods:The TTV Ab was analyzed by ELISA and the TTV DNA was detected by PCR.Results:The positive rates of TTV Ab and TTV DNA are 12.2% and 33.4% respectively.Conclusion:TTV infection rate in blood donors was 33.4%. TTV should be detected by the combination of PCR and ELISA.
