摘　　要：我们采用Heller手术附加Nissen胃底包绕术治疗贲门失弛缓症21例,效果满意。通过各项检查及术后随访证实,贲门功能良好,无反流发生,无手术后可能产生的憩室、瘢痕狭窄以及反流性食管炎等并发症。本文就手术操作方法、抗反流机制及术中注意事项等进行了讨论。并认为这种手术方法是治疗贲门失弛缓症较理想的方法。21 patients suffered from achalasia had been cured with Heller's operation with Nissen's fundoplication. The result of treatment was satisfying. The method advised by the author is more effective for resolving dysphagla and preventing from reflux. Good condition of the cardia was demonstrated by barium radiography of the esophagus, manometry at end esophagus and follow up. It is obvious that some complications were prevented, which usually caused by Heller operation such as diverticulum, stricture, reflux-esophagitis and et al. The purpose of this article is to discuss the sugerical technique, the mechanism of anti-reflux and some cautions in surgery. It is thought that he operation is a better method for curing achalasia.
