摘 要:为比较不同空气消毒方法对手术室空气的消毒、净化效果,使用层流过滤法、空气净化机净化法、紫外线消毒法进行了试验观察。用平板沉降法和GLJ-BG型尘埃粒子计数仪分别测定了空气中的细菌总数、尘埃粒子数。结果,在无人情况下,消毒120 min后,层流过滤法对空气中自然菌消亡率及尘埃粒子数下降率分别为100%、 99.92%,可达到100级净化标准;空气净化机净化法为94.47%、92.51%;紫外线消毒法仅为82.82%、26.16%。在有人活动情况下,层流过滤法可使手术室空气维持在1 000级水平,空气净化机净化法污染回升较缓慢平稳,紫外线消毒法则污染回升最严重。层流过滤法的空气除菌净化效果明显优于其它两组,空气净化机的除菌净化效果优于普通紫外线。In order to compare the efficacy of different air disinfection methods in disinfection and purification of air of operating room, lamina-flow filtration method, method of purification by air purifying machine and ultraviolet disinfection method were observed experimentally. Total bacterial count of air and dust particle count were measured by plate sedimentation method and GLJ-BG-type dust particle counter. The results showed that under condition of absence of anybody, after disinfection for 120 min by lamina-flow filtration method, the decay rate of natural bacteria and the decrease rate of dust particles in air were 100% and 99.92% respectively, attaining 100-grade purification standard. The decay rate of air bacteria and decrease rate of dust particles were 94.4% and 92.51% respectively when purification by air purifying machine was used and were only 82.82% and 26.16% respectively when ultraviolet disinfection method was used. Under condition of presence of activity of man, lamina-flow filtration method could maintain the air of operating room at 1000-grade level. The pollution rose again gradually and smoothly after purification by air purifying machine and rose again most seriously after ultraviolet disinfection. The efficacy of laminea-flow filtration method in removing bacteria and purification of air was significantly better than that of the other 2 methods and the efficacy of the air purifying machine was better than that of ordinary ultraviolet rays.
