摘  要:本文用低蛋氨酸合成饲料喂养大鼠,8周后处死。实验结果表明,蛋氨酸缺乏可引起大鼠心肌初级溶酶体和次级溶酶体数量增加,其酶活性增强。提示心肌有不同程度的损伤。The methionine contents in artificial synthetic food were controlled. According to level of methionine contents, wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups: normal methionine group and methionine-deficiency group. After 8 weeks of feeding these rats were sacrificed respectively. Methionine-deficiency group showed that quantity of lysosomes in rat myocardium increased, but the activity of acid phosphatase was enhanced. The results suggested that cardiac lesions in varying degrees could be induced in rats which fed on Methionine-deficiency diet
