消毒剂消菌灵杀菌效果的试验观察

摘　　要：复方消毒剂消菌灵为含溴氯异氰尿酸、十二烷基磺酸钠与大蒜提取物的粉剂,含有效氯溴(BrCl)≥质量分数18％。采用悬液定量杀菌试验,对其杀菌效果进行了检测。结果,以其含有效氯溴125mg/L的溶液作用5 min,对悬液中大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭率为100％;以其含有效氯溴1000 mg/L的溶液作用60 min,对悬液中枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的杀灭率亦达100％。该复方为对细菌芽孢有一定杀灭作用的消毒剂。Compound disinfectant Xiao-Jun-Ling is a powder containing bromochloroisocyanuric acid, solium dodecylsulfonate and garlic extract, and contains available chlorine bromine (BrCl)≥18%. Suspension qualitative germicidal test was used to examine its germicidal efficacy. The results showed that its solution containing available chlorine bromine 125 mg/ L with a 5 min contact time killed 100% of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus in suspension. Its solution containing available chlorine bromine 1 000 mg/ L with a 60 min contact time also killed 100% of Bacillus subtilis var. niger spores in suspension. This compound disinfectant is a disinfectant with certain sporicidal action.
