摘　　要：面对内忧外患的宋王朝,陈亮力主改革,提出"变而通之"以建"中兴之功"的政治主张,"任贤使能以清官曹"的选贤措施。陈亮的改革思想符合当时社会现实和历史发展的需要,具有积极的作用。但其改革主张及革新思想是不彻底和不全面的,带有明显的改良倾向,因此,不可能得到实现。China’s Song Dynasty was plagued by both internal worries and external troubles. In light of these, Chen Liang put forward his thoughts of "straightening out through changes" in an effort to build Song into a more powerful nation. The focus was on the selection of capable talents as nation’s backbone. His thoughts went in conformity with the social realities at that time, and therefore enjoyed positive effects. But as the ideas were incomplete and simply aimed at reform rather than revolution, were hard to come true in the end.
