摘　　要：该文引进环境的概念,分别从内部环境和外部环境两方面对其在发挥图书馆功能中的作用进行了阐述,就高校图书馆如何利用环境因素提升服务质量和水平作了较为深入的研究和分析。This article introduces the concept of environment,which can be categorized into the inner one and the outer one. It then elaborates on the effects of environment on libraries. Finally,it makes an in-depth analysis on how libraries in universities should make full use of environmental elements to upgrade their services.
