导游职业技能指标体系构建研究

摘　　要：在以能力培养为导向的教育模式下,对于导游员职业技能的研究不仅关系到旅游管理专业的教学改革,同时也关系到旅行社的人力资源管理。本研究通过访谈和德尔菲等方法进行资料的搜集和分析,建构导游职业能力指标体系,后通过层次分析法得到专家们对各个指标的分配权重,并对各指标进行排序。最终发现言语相关的技能指标排序最前,被认为是最重要的;带团业务所涉及的指标要素最多,排序相对靠前,也较为重要;身体运动智能中的救护技能尤为重要;一些特种技能指标虽排序靠后,但能出现在指标体系中则反映出导游日益细化的趋势。Research about index system of Tour guide job skill would not only help the reform in tourism management course,but also help the human resource management of the travel agency. First,get the index system of tour guide job skill through interview to collect data and analysis. And then,get the ranking of every index about experts though AHP. Finally,the study found that index of language is the most important; index of guide is secondary important; skill of first aid is very important. The index of special skills is relatively unimportant,but it suggest that demand to tour guide is more and more high.
