摘　　要：通过对分段划分原则的阐述,说明分段划分的特点,由此提出用模糊评判方法对分段划分方案进行评判,最后通过事例说明模糊评判方法是可行的。Describes the principles of block division and states its properties.Therefore the fuzzy decision method is put forward for the assessment of the plans of block division. At last an example is given to show that the fuzzy decision method is practicable.
