摘  要:在简要介绍人机一体化FMS系统的基础上,针对人机一体化FMS系统中运行控制、物流和检测监控子系统中的功能要求,提出了接口技术的实现方法。其用户操作的管理,可根据用户的责权关系采用超级用户、特权用户、普通用户三级管理。通信管理采用递阶控制结构。内部数据的输入顺序由软件控制,数据的验证由服务器数据库管理系统或数据输入接口软件实现,数据存取的并发控制由数据库管理系统实现。运行控制、物流、检测监控子系统中的事件,可通过人机协同,由人工进行判断、决策。人机界面设计应以通信功能为主,遵循界面一致性、界面简洁性、界面友好性及容错性等原则。Simply introduced the human-computer integrative FMS system, and put forward implement method of the interface technology aiming at requirement for functions of running control, work-pieces stream and monitor subsystems. According to the duty relation of users in the system, users of the system were divided into three grades, supper user, specific user, general user. The hierachical control structure was applied in communication management. For inner data management, the order of data input was controlled by software, data validation, server database management or the realization of data input interface software and coherence control of data access were implemented by database management system. The events in three FMS subsystems were processed by human-computer collaboration. The communication function between user and program is mainly considered in design of human-computer interface, and it should follow a series of principals for consistency, simple, friendly and powerful correcting error ability.
