摘　　要：建筑学的发展体现了社会对建筑物的新要求,一方面表现对建筑物与环境的适宜性上的要求;另一方面表现在对建筑物的评价定量化要求。引入系统工程理论,将建筑与环境结合起来,初步研究影响建筑物利用诸因子的影响力,并从中提取主导要素建立建筑生态环境质量评价体系,定量分析,为实践服务。With the development of architecture, the society brings forward further new requirements of buildings ,such as the amenity of buildings and environment, quant:tative evaluation of buildings.By introducing system engineering theory and integrating buildings with environment, the paper preliminarily discusses various natural and cultural factors that affect buildings utilization ,and then establishes the quality assessment system of building ecological environment by seleeting the dominant elements. 
