摘　　要：随着天津市机动车保有量的增加,由机动车排放造成的污染绝对量也在增长,燃料的充分利用和加速发展或引进技术含量高、排放低甚至零排放的车型,是改善天津市机动车排放状况减少对环境空气环境污染的重要措施,本文阐述较先进的机动车节能技术现状及使用清洁能源燃料汽车的发展趋势。It is important to use fuel economically and develop or import hightech and low emission ,even zero emission vehicles for improving the air quality as the volumes of automobiles and their absolute- pollution increased in Tianjin. Saving energy and energy diversification caused by automobiles by using non-petroleum fuels are key forms of technology for the environmental protection and reducing CO2 emission from vehicles.
