摘　　要：目的:观察激光治疗术对下肢静脉曲张的疗效,并为临床提供一种新的手术方法。方法:对2002年5月～10月收治的28例下肢深静脉功能不全并浅静脉曲张和单纯性下肢静脉曲张患者(共32例患肢)采用激光术治疗,并对其术前、术后的临床资料进行分析。结果:术后4例出现穿刺点皮肤硬结,2例出现胫前皮肤轻微灼伤,其余均顺利康复。平均住院时间7天。结论:激光治疗术治疗下肢静脉曲张,疗效确切、损伤小、出血少,是一种具有美容效果的治疗方法,值得推广。Objective To observe the effects of the EVLT for varicose veins of the lower extremities, and offer a new operative method for the treatment. Methods Analyse the clinical data before and after the operation of 28 cases (32 legs) which we treated from May 2002 to Oetober 2002.Results 4 cases generated subcutaneous induration and 2 cases generated dermatic ambustion after the operation.The others recovered well.The average bospitalization time was 7 days.Conclusion Endo venous laser treatment of varicose veins is a good minimal invasive operation method and has the effectiveness of cosmesis.
