摘　　要：简要介绍了黄沙坪铅锌矿近几年将选矿工艺由等可浮改为优先浮选的生产实践,新工艺指标稳定,成本低,尤其是重选选硫为该矿工艺上的突破,为企业创造了显著的经济效益。The recent mineral processing improvements in Huangshaping Lead-Zinc Mine are reviewed in this article. Its new process, selective flotation, instead of iso- flotation, has stable indexes and low cost. Especially in the new process, gravity concentration of pyrite gives a notable benefit for the mine enterprise.
