摘 要:目的 评价头孢硫脒及其他 12种抗菌药对革兰氏阳性球菌的体外抗菌活性。方法 从本院2 0 0 1年 9月~ 12月临床病人血液、痰、分泌物、尿标本中分离出 5 7株致病菌 ,经VITEK AMS分析仪鉴定 ,共有金葡球菌 2 4株 ,凝固酶阴性葡萄菌 2 1株 ,粪肠球菌 12株。质控金葡球菌ATCC2 5 92 3 ,粪肠球菌ATCC2 92 12。判断标准按 2 0 0 0年NCCLS标准。结果 头孢硫脒等 10种抗菌药对金葡球菌体外抗菌活性 ,头孢硫脒敏感率 87 5 % ,有 2株耐药菌 ( 8 3 3 % ) ,敏感率与万古霉素、利福平比较无统计意义 (P >0 0 5 )。头孢硫脒等 10种抗菌药对凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌体外抗菌活性 ,头孢硫脒敏感率 85 7% ,有 3株耐药菌株 ( 14 2 9% ) ,敏感率略低于万古霉素、利福平 (P >0 0 5 ) ,显著高于庆大霉素、氧氟沙星等 (P <0 0 5 )。对粪肠球菌 ,头孢硫脒敏感率 83 3 3 % ,有 2株耐药菌株 ( 16 67% ) ,其敏感率与庆大霉素、四环素、链霉素差异显著 (P <0 0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1)。结论 头孢硫脒是临床治疗金葡球菌、凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌、粪肠球菌感染的有效药物。Objective To evaluate the in vitro antibacterial activity of cefathiamidine and other 12 kinds of antibacterial agents against Gram-positive cocci. Methods From September 2001 to December 2001, 57 strains isolated from patients′ blood, sputum, secretion, and urine, and identified with VITEK-AMS Analysing Device, included 24 strains of Staphylococcus aureus , 21 strains of coagulase-negative Staphylococcus spp., and 12 strains of Enterococcus faecalis . Quality control strains were Staphylococcus aureus ATCC25923 and Enterococcus faecalis ATCC29212. NCCLS (2000 year) was regarded as standard for the antimicrobial disk susceptibility test. Results The in vitro antibacterial activities of 10 kinds of antibacterial agents including cefathiamidine against Staphylococcus aureus were as follows: the bacterial sensitive rate to cefathiamidine was 87.5%; 2 strains were drug-resistant (8.33%); the sensitive rate was similar to that of vancomycin and rifampin ( P >0.05). The in vitro antibacterial activities of 10 kinds of antibacterial agents including cefathiamidine against coagulase-negative Staphylococcus were as follows: the bacterial sensitive rate to cefathiamidine was 85.7%; 3 strains were drug-resistant (14.29%); the sensitive rate was somewhat lower than that of vancomycin and rifampin ( P >0.05), but significantly higher than that of gentamicin, ofloxacin, etc ( P <0.05). The in vitro antibacterial activities of 10 kinds of antibacterial agents including cefathiamidine against Enterococcus faecalis : the bacterial sensitive rate to cefathiamidine was 83.33%; 2 strains were drug-resistant (16.67%); the sensitivity rate was significantly higher than that of gentamicin, tetracycline, and streptomycin ( P <0.005, P <0.01). Conclusion Cefathiamidine was an effective antibacterial agent to treat Staphylococcus aureus , coagulase-negative Staphylococcus , and Enterococcus faecalis .
