摘　　要：立足于晋西残塬区水土保持生态建设的实践进行模式优化设计 ,在设计内容上 ,以水土流失治理为基础 ,水资源高效利用为“轴线”,粮食增产和农民增收为“目标”,初步形成水土资源高效利用 ,粮食高产 ,优质林果生产与畜禽养殖 ,多元庭院开发等技术体系 ,构建了以农、林、果、牧四大产业系统为“纵线”和塬、坡、沟、庭院四大系统为“横线”的高效生态经济复合网络系统 ,为晋西黄土残塬区水土保持综合治理 ,黄土高原环境改善 ,资源利用 ,经济开发 。On the basis of water and soil conservation ecosystem development practices in loess gully areas in western Shanxi province, the authors deal with optimum design of the eco development mode. In designing, management of soil and water conservation as foundations, efficiently making use of water resources as“axes line”, increasing production as goal, basically forming a combined technique system and constructing a highly effective comprehensive net system with agriculture, forest, fruit and husbandry as “vertical line ”, with flatriges, slopes, gullies and courtyards as “ horizontal line ”. Offering a series of methods and technique measures for soil and water conservation management in loess gully areas in Shanxi province, as well as for loess plateau environment improvement, for resources utilizing and economy development.
