伊维菌素浇泼剂对牦牛皮蝇蛆病的防治效果及安全性试验

摘　　要：应用 0 .5 %伊维菌素浇泼剂 ,10月中下旬每头牛 10 0kg体重分别按 1ml、2ml用量 ,沿背中线皮肤一次浇泼给药 ,翌年 3月、5月份检查防治效果。结果 :感染率、感染强度由对照组牛的 86.2 %和 5 .2 4(0～ 2 4)个虫体 (瘤疱 ) ,均下降为 0 ,有效率达 10 0 % ;按 0 .1ml kgbw、0 .15ml kgbw、0 .2ml kgbw剂量给药牦牛均可耐受。试验证明 :伊维菌素浇泼剂防治牦牛皮蝇蛆病效果好 ,用量小 ,给药方便 ,毒副作用小 ,安全范围大 ,适宜各地推广。From the second ten days to the last ten days of october,The pour sprinkling preparation of 0.5% Ivermectin in a dose of 1ml/100kg b.w. or 2ml/100kg b.w.was given to yak by means of single pour sprinkling the skin along center line on bodyback of yak.In March,May of second year,prevention and curing effect was examined.The results was that infectious rate and infectious intensity decreased from 86.2% and 5.24(0～24) in control group to 0 in test group,the effective rate was 100%.Yak could to lerate 10ml,15ml,20ml dosage per yak,respectively.The results of test proved that prou sprinkling preparation Ivermectinhad the advantage such as good effect on curing Hypodermosis,small dose,convenient application,little toxic effect,safety,could be popularied in many places.
