摘　　要：推进城镇化发展,关键是要重视城镇内涵的发展即人本身的发展。要以可持续发展的思路构建起与当代社会主义市场经济相适应的价值体系、知识体系与生活方式,使经济的发展根植于经济—文化一体化发展的深厚基础之上。When advancing the development of cities and towns,it is the key to devote much attention to developing the town's connotation--human beings themselves and to construct a new system of value,knowledge and a new life style suited to the modern socialist market-oriented economy with the sustainable development idea,thus enabling the economical develop-ment to be rooted on the basis of economic and cultural integration.
