电针结合高压氧治疗突发性耳聋临床观察

摘　　要：目的　观察电针结合高压氧治疗突发性耳聋的疗效。方法　将 72例突发性耳聋患者随机分为两组 ,电针结合高压氧治疗 (实验组 ) 3 6例 (3 9耳 ) ,单纯高压氧治疗 (对照组 ) 3 6例 (3 8耳 ) ,对两组患者疗效进行分析。结果　实验组有效率 84.6% ,对照组有效率 63 .2 % ,两组有显著差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。病程≤ 15 d的有效率 (实验组 92 .6% ,对照组 76.0 % ) ,病程 >15 d的有效率 (实验组 66.7% ,对照组 3 8.5 % ) ,两组均有显著差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论　电针结合高压氧治疗突发性耳聋疗效明显优于单纯高压氧治疗 ,并且病程≤ 15 d治疗的患者疗效明显优于病程 >15Purpose To observe the curative effect of electroacupuncture plus hyperbaric oxygen on paroxysmal deafness.Methods Seventy two patients with paroxysmal deafness were randomly divided into two groups. Thirty six cases (experiment group, 39 ears) were treated with electroacupuncture plus hyperbaric oxygen and 36 cases (control group, 38 ears), with simple hyperbaric oxygen. The curative effects were analyzed in the two groups of patients.Results The effective rate was 84.6% in the experiment group and 63.2% in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups ( P < 0.05 ). In the patients with the duration of disease≤15 days, the effective rate was 92.6% in the experiment groups and 76.0% in the control group; in those with the duration of disease > 15 days, the effective rate was 66.7% in the experiment group and 38.5% in the control group. Both had significant differences between the two groups ( P < 0.05 ).Conclusion Electroacupuncture plus hyperbaric oxygen has a better curative effect on paroxysmal deafness than simple hyperbaric oxygen. The curative effect is better in the patients with the duration of disease≤15 days than in those with the duration of disease>15 days.
