摘 要:目的 探讨螺旋 CT及重建技术在脊柱损伤中的应用价值。方法 回顾性分析 31例脊柱损伤患者的螺旋CT轴位图像 (Tr CT)、多平面重建图像 (MPR)、表面遮盖法重建图像 (SSD) ,根据对病变的分辨率 ,将三者对病变的显示能力分为优、良、差 3等。结果 脊柱正、侧位 CT定位像类似于常规 X线摄片。 Tr CT、 MPR对骨折、无旋转脱位、脊髓损伤显示良好。 SSD对线性骨折、脊髓损伤显示差。 MPR和 SSD能清晰显示椎间隙宽窄、椎体滑脱 ;椎体旋转脱位以 SSD显示最好。 MPR和 SSD立体感强 ,空间分辨率高。结论 螺旋 CT应作为脊柱损伤的首选检查方法。熟悉并灵活应用 CT定位像、 Tr CT、 MPR、 SSD图像 。Objective To study the practical value of spiral CT scanning and reconstruction technique in spine injuries. Methods Transverse image, MPR and SSD of spiral CT in 31 patients with spine injury were retrospectively analyzed. Based on resolving power of spine injuries, the images were classified into three types: excellent, good, poor. Results CT topography was similar to X ray film. Fracture, dislocation and spine cord injury were clearly displayed on TrCT and MPR. Intervertebral gap, sliding and rotatory dislocation were clearly displayed on MPR and SSD. MPR and SSD showed stereoscopic effects and pretty good spatial resolution. Conclusion Spiral CT should be considered as the first selected imaging modality for spine injuries. The correct diagnosis in time could be made in spine injuries by using flexibly CT topography, TrCT, MPR and SSD.
