遥控注射推进器在造影检查中的应用

摘　　要：目的　探讨使用机械电动仪器 ,改人工推注为机械推注 ,遥控注入对比剂 ,避免医生直接曝露于 X线下操作的损伤。方法　采用自行设计遥控注射推进器造影检查 70 0例不同部位 ,总结造影检查效果。结果　 70 0例不同部位的造影检查均达到诊断要求 ,在某些部位的造影检查效果更优于手工推注造影检查。结论　遥控注射推进器在造影检查中完全可取代手工推注对比剂 ,并可节省对比剂 ,减少对比剂的不良反应 。Objective To apply telecontrol injector in place of hand holding injector to remotely inject contrast medium avoiding the radiative injury of the radiologists due to direct exposure to X ray. Methods By using self designed telecontrol injector, contrast medium was injected for contrast enhancement examinations of 700 different sites. The efficacy of contrast enhancement examinations were summarized. Results In all the examinations, the injection of contrast medium by telecontrol injector met the needs of contrast enhancement examinations. In some sites, the efficacy of contrast enhancement examination using telecontrol injector was more satisfactory than using hand holding injector. Conclusion The telecontrol injector can substitute for the hand holding injector to inject contrast medium in the contrast enhancement examinations.
