摘　　要：子病初期为踝关节酸、软、痛,继而疼痛逐渐上移至膝、髋关节,最终以股骨头坏死并与髋关节腔融合为主要病变的慢性地方性疾病。该病为近30余年来全球发现的新病种,主要分布于成都市周围郊县,目前病因不明,治疗无策。为早日探明病因,控制流行,我们将近10年来对该病收集到的资料整理介绍如下。Bapazhi disease is chronic endemic which manifested ache,and pain of the anklebone at early stages,and it will end with the necrobiosis of the h ead of thighbone and coax articular c avity inosculate.This disease is a n ew one over thirty years,and it distributed at suburb c ounty of Chengdu.At the present time there are no ways to treat it and we don' t know the patho-genesis either.In order to find treatment methods to control the epidemi c,we introduce some instances of thi s disease in the past ten years.[
