油菜萝卜胞质雄性不育系与诸葛菜属间杂种回交一代(BC_1)的快速繁殖及生根

摘　　要：将油菜OguCMS与诸葛菜属间杂种回交一代 (BC1) ,在MS附加不同激素浓度的基本培养基上诱导丛生芽 结果发现 ,MS +1.5mg/L 6 BA +0 .15mg/LNAA对诱导丛生芽有较好的效果 ,丛生芽增殖系数可达 3.2 .小芽生根培养基以MS +0 .The intergeneric hybrid BC 1 between Brassica napus with OguCMS and Orychophragmus violaceus was cultured in the MS medium with distinct densities of hormone to induce the ploygemmation. The results showed that the MS medium added 1.5mg/L 6 BA and 0.15mg/L NAA was efficient to induce the ploygemmation and the propagation coefficient was 3.2.And the MS medium with 0.1mg/L NAA was efficient to induce the roots of the hybrid BC 1.
