摘　　要：目的:研究隔-下托投射定位关系。材料与方法:1％ WGA-HRP与10％ HRP混合液用微量注射器注射入大鼠背侧下托,存活36h,取材。海马切片用H_2O_2-DAB显色确定注射点位置,隔区切片用TMB显色显示逆行标记神经元。结果:HRP逆行标记细胞主要出现于同侧内侧隔核(MS)和斜带核(NDBV),Bregma点0.70mm～0.48mm的平面上达到高峰。对侧MS和NDBV仅见少量逆行标记神经元。结论:下托接受同侧MS-NDBV大量神经元投射,其中背海马下托前部与MS-NDBV的中部存在明显定位关系。Objective:To investigate the topographic organization of the projection from medial septal nucleus (MS) and the vertical division of the nucleus of the diagonal band (NDBV) to the subiculum. Methods: A mixed solution of 1% wheat germ agglutinin-horseradish peroxidase (WGA-HRP) and 10% horseradish peroxidase (HRP) in distil water was injected into the dorsal subiculum in rat stereotaxic instrument with a survival period of 36 hours. The hippocampal sections were incubated in the H2O2-DAB solution to confirm the injection position. Then the sections of the area in MS-NDBV were incubated with TMB(3, 3', 5, 5'-tetramethyl-benzidine) to observe the WGA-HRP/HRP retrogradely labeled neurons. Results:The labeled neurons were distributed mainly in the ipsilateral MS-NDBV,especially in the area of Breg-ma 0.70 mm - 0.48 mm. Only a few labeled neurons were in the opposite side of MS-NDBV. Conclusion: The results indicate that the dorsal subiculum receives a number of projection fibers from the area of MS-NDBV with distinct topographic organization from middle part of MS-NDBV to the anterior part of dorsal subiculum of hippocampal formation.
