摘　　要：目的 :　探讨P5 3蛋白在皮肌炎并发恶性肿瘤过程中的作用。方法 :　应用免疫组化技术对皮肌炎患者的肿瘤组织细胞及外周血单个核细胞 (PBMCs)P5 3蛋白的表达进行了检测。结果 :　 1例皮肌炎并发卵巢癌患者的肿瘤细胞及PBMCs均表达P5 3蛋白 ,另 1例皮肌炎并发鼻咽癌患者的肿瘤细胞、浸润单个核细胞及PBMCs均表达P5 3蛋白。其它 15例未并发恶性肿瘤的皮肌炎患者中有 1例PB MCs表达P5 3蛋白。 2 0例正常对照均阴性。结论 :　p5Objective:To explore the role of P53 protein in the pathogenesis of dermatomyositis accompanying malignant tumors. Method: P53 protein expression in patients with dermatomyositis was measured with immunohistochemical assay. Results: The tumor cells and peripheral mononuclear cells (PBMCs) expressed P53 protein in the patients with dermatomyositis accompanying ovarian and nasopharyngeal carcinoma. PBMCs in one of 15 cases of dermatomyositis without accompanying malignant tumors expressed P53 protein. All 20 normal controls P53 protein were negative. Conclusion :The germ line mutation of P53 gene may play an important role in the pathogenesis of dermatomyositis with malignant tumors.
