泛昔洛韦与阿昔洛韦治疗生殖器疱疹的临床对比观察

摘　　要：目的 :　评价泛昔洛韦治疗生殖器疱疹的疗效和安全性。方法 :　将 15 0例病程在 4 8小时以内的初发或复发性生殖器疱疹病例随机分配到泛昔洛韦治疗组和阿昔洛韦对照组中。在治疗后第 7天复诊作临床评价 ,观察不良反应和部分患者治疗前后的血尿常规、血生化、心电图。结果 :　无论在初发病例还是在复发病例中 ,治疗组和对照组的痊愈时间、皮损愈合时间、自觉症状消失时间的差异均无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。两组病例的不良反应相似且轻微。结论 :　对生殖器疱疹 ,泛昔洛韦的疗效和安全性与阿昔洛韦相当 。Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of famciclovir in the treatment of genital herpes. Method: Thirty patients with first episode genital herpes and 120 patients with recurrent genital herpes were randomly allocated to receive either oral famciclovir or aciclovir for the treatment of their episodes in an open trial. Patients initiated therapy within 48 hours of the episode, and the clinical responses and the safety were assessed at day 7 after treatment. Safety was evaluated in all cases through adverse experience, and electrocardiograph, hematology and biochemistry monitoring in part of patients. Results:No significant differences were detected between the two groups for the duration of episode, lesion healing time and the length of symptoms (P>0.05). The adverse effect was infrequent and mild in both groups. Conclusion :The famciclovir is equivalent to aciclovir in efficacy and safety, but more convenient in the treatment of genital herpes.
