摘　　要：目的　评价CT扫描对睾丸病变的诊断价值。方法　对 2 8例睾丸病变的CT表现进行回顾分析。对两侧睾丸行层厚、间距均为 5mm无间隔平扫和增强扫描。结果　 2 8例患者CT表现均有一定特征。经手术病理证实 ,其中外伤 12例 ,睾丸结核 4例 ,肉芽肿性炎症 6例 ,精原细胞瘤和畸胎瘤各 3例。结论　仔细观察睾丸形态、密度 ,睾丸包膜的完整性和厚度及阴囊隔的位置变化等 ,密切结合临床综合分析 ,尤其是注重增强CT扫描 。Objective To estimate the value of computerized tomography (CT)scan on testicle disease.Methods Retrospective analysis was carried out on 28 patients with testicle diseaes,which were testified by surgical operation ,such as injury (12),tuberculosis (4),granuloma (6),spermatocytoma (3) and teratoma (3),through CT sign.Results All the 28 patients were characteristic of CT signs to some exient.Conclusion Addition to the clinical manifestations,it is useful for diagnosis and differential diagnosis to concentrate on CT scan.
