非淋菌尿道炎患者支原体及合并感染的检测

摘　　要：目的　了解非淋球菌尿道炎 (NCV)患者支原体及合并感染情况。方法　支原体、念珠菌 (CD)进行分离鉴定 ,沙眼衣原体 (CT)用衣原体抗原抗体快速免疫测定法检测。支原体检测阳性标本作CD和CT检查。结果　鉴定出各种病原体或合并感染共 116例 ,总阳性率 4 6 .2 % (116 2 5 1)。支原体阳性率 33.5 % (84 5 1) ,其中 ,单一支原体感染阳性率 2 7.5 % (6 9 2 5 1)。CD阳性率为 11.6 % (2 9 2 5 1)、CT阳性率为 13.1% (33 2 5 1)。男性支原体感染阳性为 2 6 .4 % (4 9 182 ) ,女性为 5 0 .7% (35 6 9) ,二者差异非常显著 (χ2 =12 .73,P <0 .0 5 )。结论　试验方法简便、实用 。Objective To investigate mycoplasma and complicated infection of nongoncoccal urethritis patients(NGU),Methods Mycoplasma and candida (CD) were isolated and identifed,and chamydi trachomatis (CT) were determined by fast immune method of Ag Ab.Samples of positive mycoplasma were examined for CD and CT.Results Total pathogcn or complicaled infcction cascs wcrc 116,and general positive rate was 46.2% (116/251).The positve rate of mycoplasma was 33.5% (84/251),and the rate of single mycoplasma infection was 27.5% (69/251).The positive rate of CD was 11.6% (29/251),and the positive ratc of CT was 13.1% (33/251).The positiv ratc of mycoplasma of the was 26.4% (49/182),and that of female was 50.7% (35/69),which thene was signiticant differnce (χ 2=12.73, P <0.005).Conclusion The examination method was simple and practical,and may bt used as usual examination of NGU.
