摘  要:目的 :观察自制的抗白色念珠菌鸡蛋黄抗体IgY体内生物学效应。方法 :建立SPF小鼠烧伤后口服白色念珠菌(白念菌 )感染模型 ,应用活菌计数方法检测其回肠膜粘附白念菌量、盲肠内容物白念菌量 ,应用ELISA检测血浆肿瘤坏死因子 (TNFα)和二胺氧化酶 (DAO)含量。结果 :烧伤SPF小鼠喂服IgY后 ,能明显抑制肠道内白念菌生长和白念菌粘附肠上皮细胞 ;明显降低小鼠血浆中DAO和TNFα含量。结论Objective: To investigate the bioactivity of egg immunoglobulin Y(IgY) against Candia albicans in vivo. Methods: The mice were previously inoculated with Candida albicans orally and then burned after 8 hours fasting to establish the animal model of specific pathogen free (SPF) mice. The Candida albicans content in caecum and ileum mucosa was measured by viable bacteria count. ELISA was used to determine the level of TNF and DAO in blood plasma. Results: IgY significantly inhibited the growth of Candida albicans in the intestine of burned mice and its adhesion to the epithelial cells of gut. Whats more, IgY remarkably decreased the level of TNF and DAO in blood plasma. Conclusion:IgY has good bioactivity against Candida albicans in vivo.
