摘　　要：电子产品整机(以下简称整机)维修备品管理是整机生产及售后服务管理的一个重要环节。本文根据整机维修和生产中的实际情况,通过对备品分类,建立计算模型,求得各备品用于维修的预留量,并设计表格直接供生产和维修管理用。The management of those elements required in the repairingservice of electronic products is an important part in the production and customerservice of the products. This paper establishes the calculating model for several types of elements, and gets the results which shows reserved amount of every element used in repairingservice, based on the fact of the production and customerservice of the production. Furthermore, a table is designed for the use of the management.
