利用种子醇溶蛋白聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳鉴定洋葱品种类型

摘　　要：利用改进的不连续聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术 ,分析了洋葱不同类型品种的种子醇溶蛋白。结果表明 :长日型与短日型洋葱品种的电泳谱图具有明显差异 ,Rf0 .1 5和 Rf0 .1Based on the improved techniques of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, the seed gliadin of the different types of onion varieties was carried out. The results showed that long day type and short day type can be clearly distinguished by the seed gliadin special spectrums which is respectively the Rf0.15 and Rf0.17.
