摘 要:本试验以 1 0个品种大豆新、陈种子为材料 ,分别测定 2 5℃恒温下不同浸泡时间的种子浸泡液电导率 ,并与模拟田间出苗率等活力指标进行相关分析。结果表明 :电导法测定大豆种子活力的适宜浸泡时间 ,新种子为 2 4 h;陈种子为 2 0 h。新、陈种子适宜浸泡时间的电导率与模拟田间出苗率均存在极显著负相关 (r分别为 - 0 .893和 - 0 .96 3) ,其回归方程分别为Y=1 1 0 .0 1 6 - 0 .339X和 Y=94 .1 1 2 - 0 .4 38X。作者认为 ,电导法测定大豆种子活力简便快速 ,结果可靠 。The new and old seeds of ten varieties of soybean were used as materials to this experiment. Its electrical conductivities were tested in 25℃ at every other 2 hours. The relationship among the electrical conductivities, the similar field seedling percentage and other vigor indexes had been analyzed. The results showed that the optimal soak time of testing soybean seed vigor by the electrical conductivity was 24h for new seeds and 20h for old, respectively. The electrical conductivities at those conditions were significantly correlated negatively with the similar field seedling percentage(r=-0.893 and r=-0.963) and its regression equations were Y=110.016-0.339X and Y=94.112-0.438X. According to the results of this experiment, the testing method of soybean seed vigor by electrical conductivity was easy, quick and valuable.
