不同化学试剂对丽江山慈菇种子发芽力影响

摘　　要：采用培养皿发芽法研究了 2 % Na OH、0 .1 % KMn O4 、1 % Cu SO4 、NAA、6 - BA及 GA对丽江山慈菇新陈种子的发芽力影响。结果表明 :不同化学试剂处理的丽江山慈菇种子发芽率及发芽势均有不同程度的提高 。The seed of Iphigenia indica were teated by 2% NaOH,0.1% KMnO 4,1%CuSO 4,NAA,6 BA and gibberallin A(GA) and then the germination ability were measured in this study. The result showed that different chemicals had different effect on the seeding. It was concluded that six chemicals increased germination percentage and germinating viability of the seed of Iphigenia indica. The best effects was on the new seeds.
