摘 要:研究了辣椒种子人工老化过程中所发生的一系列生理生化变化。结果表明 :随着老化程度的加深 ,种子各项发芽指标逐渐降低 ,电导率逐渐升高 ,并且电导率的变化与发芽率有较好的一致性。另外 ,老化种子内过氧化氢酶活性明显降低 ,而脱氢酶活性在不同老化程度种子内无明显差异。Some physiological and biochemical changes were investigated before and after the artificial aging of pepper seeds.The results showed that the germination rate,germination enegy,germination index and vigor index were reduced in aging seed.The electrical conductivity were raised with increasing aging time and its changes were coincident with the germination rate.The activities of catalase decreased in the seeds of aged seed,but the dehydrogenase activities had no significant difference between the seeds of different aging time.
