摘 要:采用两因素五梯度的正交设计方法,分析了不同饲养密度和不同饵料密度对花鲈稚鱼生长及存活的影响.花鲈稚鱼(全长8.22~11.05mm)和饵料(卤虫无节幼体)被分为5个不同的密度组饲养30d(花鲈稚鱼的密度:5,10,15,20,25尾/L;饵料密度:250~1125,500~2250,1000~4500,2000~9000,4000~18000只/L).结果表明:在水温为(20±1)℃,盐度为28~30条件下,饵料密度对花鲈稚鱼生长及存活有显著影响,花鲈稚鱼的生长率和存活率在饵料密度为250~1125只/L至2000~9000只/L范围内呈增长趋势,当饵料密度增加到4000~18000只/L时,花鲈稚鱼生长率和存活率反而下降.饲养密度较高时花鲈稚鱼的生长率和存活率较低,但方差分析结果显示,饲养密度对花鲈稚鱼生长及存活的影响不显著.可以认为,饲养密度和饵料密度分别为15~20尾/L和2000~9000只/L对花鲈稚鱼生长和存活应该是适宜的.This paper describes the effect of stocking density and bait density on the growth and survival of juvenile Lateolabrax japonicus by the method of orthogonal design. Groups of juvenile Lateolabrax japonicus and bait (artemia nauplii) were separately reared at five different densities (stocking density of juvenile Lateolabrax japonicus: 5,10,15,20,25 ind/ L; densities of prey: 250~1 125,500~2 250,1 000~4 500,2 000~9 000,4 000~18 000 ind/L) for 30 days.The results show that the treatment density of prey had a significant effect on growth rates and survival rates over the experimental period. growth rates and survival rates of juvenile Lateolabrax japonicus held an increamental trend as the density of prey increased from 250~1 125 ind/L up to 2 000~9 000 ind/L,and went the density of prey increased to 4 000~18 000 ind/L the growth rates and survival rates of fish was suppressed.Fish held at higher stocking density showed lower growth rates and survival rates than fish held at lower stocking density.But variance analysis of the experimental results showed that the stocking density of fish had not significant effect on growth rates and survival rates.It is considered that 15~20 ind/L in stocking density and 2 000~9 000 ind/L in bait density may be suitable in culturing juvenile Lateolabrax japonicus.
