摘 要:将炭载体和γ Al2 O3 载体的优势合为一体 ,可克服两者的不足。以烯烃、芳烃及支链芳烃中的 3种化合物作为覆炭原料 ,制备出了γ Al2 O3 覆炭载体 ,并对其制备条件、抗结焦性能及部分表面性质进行了考察。在覆炭时间相同的条件下 ,3种烃类原料覆炭量由高到低依次为 :烯烃 ,芳烃 ,支链芳烃。覆炭载体的抗结焦性能优于未覆炭的γ Al2 O3 载体 ;覆炭载体上的炭以非结晶形式均匀地分布于γ Al2 O3 表面上 ,覆炭使γ Al2 O3 载体上的中强酸中心显著减少 ,从而有利于改善覆炭载体的抗结焦性能。In order to combine the advantages of \%γ\% alumina carrier and carbonaceous carrier and to overcome drawback of both carriers, the carbon covered alumina carriers were prepared with pyrolysis of three compounds of alkene, aromatic and side chain aromatic on the surface of \%γ\% alumina. The conditions of preparation, anti coking capability and partial surface properties were investigated. It is shown that the amounts of carbon deposition for three hydrocarbons under the same deposition time of carbon are reduced in the order of alkene, aromatic, side chain aromatic. The anti coking capability of all the carbon covered carriers was better than that of \%γ\% alumina. The carbon on the carbon covered carriers evenly was dispersed on the surface of \%γ\% alumina carrier in the non crystal form. The coverage of carbon made the strong acid sizes on the surface of \%γ\% alumina decrease obviously, which is favorable for improving anti coking capability of carbon covered carriers.
