摘　　要：中国是一个转型期发展中国家。随着结构调整和深化改革就业问题日趋严峻 ,对我国经济、社会、政治等方面产生了巨大冲击。China is a developing country in reforming times.With the adjustments of economic construction and deep reform of enterprises,the problem of employment has to be solved,which has enormously shocked the country's economy,society,politics.ect.The writer of this thesis is trying to analyze the factors of employment and the countermeasures in reforming times.
