山前洪积扇面小城镇城镇化过程与区域环境变化关系初探

摘　　要：通过对宁夏回族自治区吴忠市同心县境内罗山山脉东坡洪积扇上坐落城镇韦州 2 0a城镇化发展过程与区域环境变化关系的初步实证研究。认为在干旱及半干旱区山麓环境下 ,城镇化与区域环境变化存在着一定的耦合关系 。By the study on the relationship between environment c hange and urbanization of Weizhou town in the past 20 years,which lies on flood alluvial fan in front of Mt Luoshan in Tongxin county of Ningxia Hui Autonomo u s Region,the author releases the inconformity existing in the urbanization proc ess of small towns in Northwest arid and semi arid regions which is mainly embo d ied that spatial population re assembling process is much more important than t h at of the re movement process of urban industrial structure and population un ag rarian Besides,the primitive urbanization of resources pillaging have become t he mainly factor influencing the region environment degradation,moreover,human economics actives induce the sharp degradation of the most sensible environment al factor in the arid and semi arid regions,the water resource,thus lead to t he chain effect of degradation of various environmental factor Three conclusio n are drawn:(1) Whether urbanization of small town should be moderate in the ari d and semi arid fragile environment? Whether population dispersion has more soc ial and ecological benefits than population assembling?(2) During the urbanizati on are such regions,the key problem is the related regulation of industry struc ture,and it should be beyond or coordinate with urbanization Otherwise,urbani zation relying on agriculture in fragile eco environment would only be a develo ping pattern;(3) Under the condition of arid and semi arid fragile environment ,human being's disturbance to environment is a more drastic spur on enlarging e ffect of environment degradation When it goes beyond the environmental bearing capacity,its impacts on environmental destroy are hardly to be recovered and re built by human beings
