DIANP发射药用于榴弹发射器装药的内弹道性能分析

摘　　要：从榴弹发射器对装药的要求入手,探讨了1,5-二叠氮-3-硝基氮杂戊烷(DIANP)发射药用于榴弹发射器装药的可行性。试验结果表明,叠氮硝胺发射药用于榴弹发射器装药,不仅具有良好的内弹道性能,而且可以克服多-125发射药装药存在的缺陷,如吸湿性大、能量低,尤其是瞬间速燃特性使得装药的燃烧过程显得很不合理,提高初速潜力有限,也可以改善榴弹发射器目前采用高硝化甘油含量双基发射药装药所存在的烧蚀大、枪口焰大的问题。Interior ballitic properties of using 1,5Diazido3nitraza pentane (DIANP) propellant in bomb throwing gun charge are discussed in this paper. The experiments show that DIANP propellent charge not only has good interior ballitic property, but also overcome the defect of porous propellant 125 charge, such as low energy, high hygroscopicity, unreasonable charge combustion character, and improve the high erosion and the serious muzzle flame existed in the present propellant charge containing high nitroglycerine.
