摘 要:采用甲状腺激素人工诱导法培育畸型黄盖鲽(Pseudopleuronectes yokohamae)获得成功。用1×10^(-6)浓度的甲状腺激素(TGH)培育皱纹臂尾轮虫(Brachionus plicatilis),然后用轮虫培育黄盖鲽仔鱼,另外每日2次按0.5×10^(-6)剂量将TGH投入仔鱼培育池。在相同的孵化、饲鱼、管理条件下,试验组(池)的畸型变态率达4.81%,比对照组高出225%,对照组的逆位个体等于零,差异异常显著;畸型黄盖鲽特征值有三项差异显著:头长/尾柄高,头长/胸鳍长,体长/体高。此项研究可望对增殖放流鱼提供一种新型的自身标志法。Thyroid Gland Hormone (TGH) was successfully used in the artificial induction of abnormal development in Pseudoplcuronectes yokohamae. The larvae of P. yokohamae were fed with rotifera, Brachionus plicatilis, which had been reared with 1 ppm TGH. Twice a day, 0.5 ppm TGH was put into the larvae pond. The abnormality rate in the experimental group of 561 individuals reached 4.81%, contrasting to 1.88% of the control group of 710 individuals. Abnormal eye-side-reversal rate was 1.25% in the experimental group but 0 in the control group, which made an obvious difference. Three indices of the abnormal development of the experimental group were also clearly different from those of the control group. This study may offer a new self-tagging method for artificial releasing.
