摘　　要：为了克服机织牛仔布厚重、透气性差的缺陷 ,采用麻棉纱生产针织弹力牛仔布。文中从纱线选择、织物结构、编织、染整等方面进行探讨 ,探索了无氨纶输纱装置大圆机上氨纶丝的送纱方法。在德乐公司S3P172型单面小提花圆机上采用 2 8tex麻棉纱、13.3tex涤纶丝和 15 .In order to overcome the disadvantages of big thickness, heavy weight and bad permeability, ramie/cotton yarn is chosen to produce knitted elastic jeans. This paper studied the yarn choices, fabric structure, knitting process, dyeing and so on. And research was emphasized on the Spandex yarn feeding method on large circular knitting machine without specialized Spandex yarn feeding elements. The ramie/cotton knitted jeans with good elasticity in both course direction and wale direction was successfully developed using 28 tex ramie/cotton yarn, 13.3 tex polyester yarn and 15.5 tex naked Spandex yarn on small single-side Jacquard circular knitting machine Type S3P172 made by Terrot Company of Germany.
