细旦腈纶针织物的染整工艺探讨

摘　　要：为解决细旦腈纶纤维 (0 .6～ 0 .8dtex)在染整加工过程中易染花、起皱、尺寸稳定性差等问题 ,应选用高温高压溢流染色机 ,前处理时使用精练剂 2 0 3B并适量加入醋酸 ,这样可有效去除纺丝油剂 ,防止腈纶纤维的高温黄变。采用阳离子染料染色 ,染浴pH值应低 ,降温速率以 0 .3～ 0 .5℃ min为宜。烘干温度控制在 90℃。In order to remove the defects of uneven dyeing effect, wrinkles and size-instability of fine PA fibers (0.6～0.8 dtex ) during dyeing process, the high temperature and high pressure spill dyeing machine was chosen. The boiling-out agent 203B with a proper amount of acetum was used for pre-treatment, which can effectively remove the spinning oil and prevent the PA fiber from becoming yellow. The dye's type is cationic, the PH-value of the dyeing liquid is lower, the decreasing rate of the temperature is 0.3～0.5 ℃/min, and the drying temperature is 90 ℃.
