化学整理对苎麻混纺针织物服用性能的改善

摘　　要：为解决苎麻混纺针织物弹性回复性差、穿着刺痒的问题 ,采用硅酮和氢氧化钠对其进行化学整理。测试织物的物理机械性能。测试的结果表明 :硅酮弹性体整理提高了苎麻棉针织物的弹性回复能力 ,改善了苎麻棉针织物的手感。氢氧化钠整理提高了织物的断裂伸长 ,降低了织物的初始模量 。In order to solve the problems of bad elastic recovery and itchy feeling to skin for ramie blended knitted fabrics, silicone and sodium hydroxide are used for chemical finishing agents. The experimental results indicate that the silicone finishing can improve the elastic recovery and hand feeling of ramie blended knitted fabrics, and the sodium hydroxide finishing can increase the tensile elongation and decrease the initial tensile modulus of the fabric, thus increasing the elastic recovery obviously.
