摘　　要：新型抛射剂氢氟烷烃 (HFA)不含氯 ,不破坏大气臭氧层 ,可代替氯氟烷烃用于药物气雾剂的制备。本文综述HFA的理化性质。Hydrofluoroalkane (HFA), which i s a kind of chlorine - free propellants and doesnt destroy the ozone in the a tm osphere, can be used for pharmaceutical aerosols to take the place of chlorofluo r ocarbon. The physical and chemical properties, biological properties, and effec ts of HFA applied as propellant to pharmaceutical aerosols on drug safety and ph armacodynamics were reviewed.
