摘 要:目的:初步探讨血清钠/碘转运体自身抗体(NIS-Ab)与自身免疫性甲状腺疾病的关系。方法:选择门诊初发的自身免疫性甲状腺疾病患者54例,分为格雷夫斯甲状腺功能亢进(GD)和桥本甲状腺功能减退(HT)两组,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测血清中NIS-Ab水平。结果:GD组患者血清中NIS-Ab含量明显高于正常对照组和HT组;HT组与正常对照组比较血清NIS-Ab量差异无显著性。NIS-Ab在GD和HT患者中的阳性率分别为32%和20%,NIS-Ab水平与促甲状腺激素受体抗体(TRAb)无统计学相关关系。结论:NIS-Ab与自身免疫性甲状腺疾病密切关联,可能在GD和HT的发病机制中扮演重要角色。Objective: To detect autoantibodies to human sodium iodide sympoter(NIS) in patients with autoimmune thyroid diseases (ATD) and explore the role of NIS antibody in the pathogenesis of ATD. Methods: Fifty-four cases with newly diagnosed autoimmune thyroid diseases were divided into Graves' disease (GD) group and Hashimoto' s thyroiditis (HT) group. Serum levels of the NIS antibody were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results: NIS antibodies in GD patients were higher than those in normal controls and HT cases. There was no significant difference in the serum levels of NIS antibodies between normal subjects and HT patients. No correlation was found between levels of NIS antibodies and thyroid stimulating hormone receptor antibodies (TRAb). Conclusion: The NIS antibodies play an important role in the pathogenesis of ATD and might be a marker in the diagnosis of GD.
