摘　　要：通过分析风险投资机构的作用及存在意义,指出风险投资是中小企业融资的一种特殊方式,可以弥补中小企业发育阶段融资的不足,对高科技中小企业的发展起到有力推动作用,并通过国外成功风险投资机构运营方式,提出发展风险投资机构的配套条件。By analyzing the function and significance of of risk investment institutions, this article indicates that risk investment is a special way for small and middle-sized enterprises' financing, which can make up for the disadvantages in financing when small and middle-sized enterprises are growing up. The article also suggests that risk investment should powerfully stimulate the development of hi-tech small and middle-sized enterprises. By mentioning successful foreign risk investment operations, we raise some conditions which go with the development of risk investment institutions.
