摘  要:从两个方面对酚醛泡沫进行改性研究.一方面用壬基酚部分替代苯酚与甲醛进行聚合反应;另一方面加入聚乙烯醇缩丁醛,对酚醛泡沫进行共混改性.通过测定酚醛泡沫的离火自熄时间和抗压强度等,考察了壬基酚/苯酚比例、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛用量等对改性酚醛泡沫的性能影响.研究结果表明,用壬基酚部分替代苯酚,在阻燃性能基本不变的情况下,能明显提高酚醛泡沫的韧性,壬基酚/苯酚的最佳比例为10%;添加聚乙烯醇缩丁醛改性酚醛泡沫,可以达到增韧的效果,但其阻燃性降低.The characters of phenolic foam were improved through two methods. Firstly, nonyl phenol is used to substitute phenol partly and reacted with formaldehyde. Secondly, polyvinyl butyral is blended with phenolic resin to improve its property. The resistance strength and the time of self-extinguishing away fire of phenolic foam is determined. The effects of the ratio of nonyl phenol/phenol and the amount of polyvinyl butyral on the property of improved phenolic foam were investigated. The use of nonyl phenol to substitute phenol can increase the flexibility of phenolic foam bviously while the ability of fire resistance is kept unchanged. The best ratio of nonyl phenol/phneol is 10%. The addition of polyvinyl butyral can improve the flexibility of phenolic foam but decrease the fire resistance.
